PADRONS HUDSONBEY

CaMiKy Arabians

Set in the rolling hills of southern Pennsylvania, CaMiKy Arabians is the perfect place to breed and raise horses.  Owned by Andrea Sirko, the farm is the realization of a dream that began almost thirty years ago.  Andrea grew up with Arabians, competing in “sport horse” disciplines long before there was such a term.  Riding a 14.1 hand gelding named T.S. Bandolier, Andrea found success in dressage, eventing, hunters, and jumpers, despite the generally negative perception of the breed.  With this success was formed a commitment to prove that Arabian horses could be competitive in these and other disciplines, and to dispel the myths often held about them.  This commitment continues today, with the Arabians of CaMiKy making themselves known in a variety of venues.  County fairs, local shows, and family trail rides are equally as important as major show ring victories.   CaMiKy Arabians is an AHA Discovery Farm, welcoming visitors to experience firsthand the beauty and majesty of the breed.  The program is focused on producing trainable athletes with size, soundness, and unmistakable Arabian type.  A stellar group of mares and the royalty that is Hudsonbey are the foundation for a very bright future.  The farm is also an ideal location to board, inviting horses and the humans they own to enjoy the experience of a peaceful setting and top quality care for all breeds.  Full board includes a spacious, matted stall with individual fan, daily turnout in small, compatible groups, use of 90 x 190 sand outdoor, plus many other amenities.
